Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I hope to create a safe and supportive space for us to work together. My psychodynamic post graduate training in child and adolescent psychotherapy help clients explore and manage difficult thoughts and feelings. I also collaborate with parents looking for ways to support their children of any age, who may be going through a challenging time. I work both in-person, from an office on Manhattan's Upper East Side, and through teletherapy.
My therapy practice specializes in helping older teens and adults of all ages manage the challenges that come with school, work, friends, family, and personal growth. Those helped through my practice include: Teens navigating academic, social, and emotional pressures, young adults facing the transition to independence and adulthood and individuals adjusting to career expectations, relationships, and identity exploration. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress.
I hold a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College. I have psychoanalytic training from the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Program at the William Alannson White Institute as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute. I am also a Certified Family Peer Advocate.
